It's a lot of pills to take?

I am 19 years old and I am wondering if my liver or any part of the body would damage If I take these pills. I do not take any prescription medication, instead I was over the counter natural products. They are: 2 GNC multivitamin pills (two a day is recommended) 3 Caps milk thistle (Since I'm afraid that I take pills too lol) 15 of Metamucil Fiber Pills (which they say is recommended on the package) 1200 mg Sam-e for my bipolar (natural anti-depressant) 3 Fish oil tablets, which is 1000 mg (I usually of the good health of the heart) Colon Cleanse 2 tablets every two months of 2.5 mg melatonin on insomnia Calcium / Magnesium for insomnia, which is 500 mg daily 1 Super B-Bomplex from Nature Made 5 Cinnamon pills are 500 mg 2 Apple Cidar vinegar tablets, which are 600 mg each Is it bad? I could not my entire life, or? Any help would be great. Thank you.

I understand that you are very health oriented. However, I believe what is right: All the drugs through the liver first, the members before going into the rest of the body. Doctors and researchers do not know any side effects or interactions with other drugs. Interactions may occur immediately or may occur in the future. There are not many restrictions on herbal medicines … usually not approved for the FDA and are not regulated well. They are not sufficiently explored, to know how to deal with other drugs or long-term impact will have on the body. There are two types of Vitamins … those which are soluble in water and those which are soluble in lipids. Soluble in water from their body to move faster and are disposed of in the urine, if you take too many. However, lipid soluble they move much slower body, and some are even stored in the liver. These lipid soluble they can go toxic in the body and cause damage to liver cells and other conditions, if taken in excess. Do not forget to look at label what you take, and compare them with other drugs have. You may accidentally take too much of one species. Excess mineral substances in the body can also be a problem. Too much calcium or magnesium can cause problems, too. Many of these vitamins / minerals in food and beverages to eat … adding more would not be good then, if that what you're in eatting and drinking causes it to go higher. It's really best to have a blood test than to any medications. Your doctor will tell you what your body is missing, and what may be in order for you to take. It is wise to be in the care of doctors for this …. how you can spot if you overdose, if something does not seem right to your blood tests to catch it in time before it can become more serious nature. Over the counter medications, herbal supplements, and even some foods may have an impact on what medicines you are taking from a doctor, office or other medicines in the same category as what is listed. Some people who take medication on their own, end up in the ER and because doctors are unaware that they have taken drugs or what drugs is … It is difficult to diagnose and confirm whether or not what you may have, is caused by drugs or something else. I was honest. Hope this is of some help.
