It is possible that I have anemia?

I'm not sure if I have anemia or not. I did some research and looked the symptoms, but I'm still not sure. The game is I think what matches:-I am very tired-headache-performance problems concentrating and easily get distracted-insomnia-I sometimes eat paper (I know its weird, but I just stick it in your mouth, I really wanted to do it though)-I will get Izzy, when I got up, but ran, and it is not so bad now. I also do not eat meat, I know, which is a huge sourch iron. What do you think? Should I go to the doctor?

About 500 million people suffer lack of iron. This is the most common deficiency. Catering paper is known as non-PICA food. His urge to eat something is (duh), not food. Often it's ice, washing powder, chalk or dirt. It is common in pregnancy and iron deficiency anemia. other symptoms you described is related to lack of iron, but they are vague, and are also symptoms of any number of other conditions. Meat is a good source of iron, it is highly absorbable. Iron from veggies is difficult for our intestines absorb. But will absorb more if you eat iron rich vegetarian source of vitamin C as orange juice or tomato. Get tested. Its sole needle. If you have, I would recommend seeing dietitian who can work with you to get iron in your diet. Without meat, if you do not eat meat.
