Sleep / paranoia / anxiety?
I am very sure that I have social anxiety disorder in its entirety. But im not sure with insomnia. Everynight before I go to bed, it takes me about half an hour to an hour just to sleep because i keep imagining things. Think ghosts and only bazarre things. And even though I have a good night sleep, im still tired. I have really bad anxiety. I do not know what to do for this disorder sleep and social problems. Please help?
You may need to see a doctor. I resisted getting drugs but I should have done it before. I do not take them every night. Only when I really needed.
