insomnia deaths
Anyone who has any good ideas to let the past?
im exausted mentally, but physically im really hyper. Got behind a lot in the last 2 years exspecially the last 5 months accidental deaths. theres a lot of persistence always around me and I the cause of insomnia and depression. please help me let go.
Think about the future and set goals for themselves, say where do you see yourself in one month .. I think you reach it .. then work on that focus and let nothing come in way. Remember that death is inevitable .. happens to everyone at some part of our lives ... just that for some it happens in rapid succession .... Let the power go out, plan a trip ... im sure it was somewhere special you always wanted to go. Hang on You will come this stage, better and stronger person, but bottomlineis that you, who decides how long you want to be hanted in the past. Believe me, if have, what needs to be depressed, be sure habe things to be happy and proud. Goodluck!
