TTC, PMS and graphs?
Can someone tell me if PMS symptoms are the same every month? Each month around the time of ovulation, my nipples are very sore, my mood, insomnia, and many other problems. This Month I have no symptoms. Does your symptoms change when you began? I 5DPO and have no symptoms except that tired. Please look at my chart and tell me what you think, thanks. Also, can someone help me find out where my ovulation this month? I usually wake up every day @ 6am. On day 19 I woke up @ 5:20 for potty breaks and the temperature was 97.12, day 20 I woke up at 4:20 or potty break and the pace was 97.45, and 21 day I woke up 4:50 and the temperature was 97.42. My problem is that I first recorded adjusted time and temp, who was my 19th day of ovulation @ Since my symptoms were good I went back and changed the acutal Temps Temps taken during the earlier times and that changed my Ovulation day, 21 to I'm really confused, this month, please help! http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1ed150
prepared by the Temps confuse things, but yeah I agree with the first lot and that he thought of ovulation on CD19, cm match for ovulation on cd21 (I'm still learning though), but that's how it looks to me
