Sleep HELP?
OK, so I go back to a better sleep schedule for school. I decided to pull all nighter cause it seems easier then to get 3 hours off sleep and wanting more ……. indigent's 5:26 and I get my bus at 6:30 it to me that "I need more sleep or feel it would be like a cat nap while he slept 30 minutes?
hey im in school and I was often too low to sleep, so I know what he was talking about. I think you should have like sleeping and then drank coffee. a bit of sleep helps a lot. your right it would be a nap. Coffee should stimulate ur brain and help i need to take more sleep feeling. Often I find when I was up all night, my memory is terrible, but when I take even a small nap will help. hope this helps!
